Not perfect, but worth it

The reception staff was incredibly welcoming, offering valuable insights about the island and its attractions. Our stay included a room upgrade with a private pool, making our time enjoyable and relaxed.

Unfortunately, we encountered some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, including unpleasant odors that detracted from our comfort. The breakfast variety was also disappointing, becoming monotonous after a few days.

Private pool was fantastic for sunrise views.

The hotel claims to be a 5-star, but it felt much more like a basic hotel. The bathroom was outdated and the drains emitted a horrible smell that pervaded our room. I often found myself begging reception for cleaning supplies just to endure the stay because it was unbearable. They mentioned that they were winding down for the season, but that shouldn’t excuse the dreadful condition of the facilities.

Can recommend for a transient stop.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, making our stay enjoyable during the warm days.

Target audience seeking comfort and views

Staying here was quite the experience. The staff was really friendly, especially Bonna who cleaned our room every day, it was always spotless and she left those cute towel displays that brought a smile to our faces.

It wasn’t a bargain, but honestly, for the service and comfort, it was acceptable.

Private pool offered refreshing sunrise views. Breakfast variety was decent but lacked freshness. Loved the bike rental option for exploring nearby areas.

i loved my stay at splendour hotel and suites. the private pool in our upgraded suite was amazing, especially for catching sunrises. haris at the reception was super helpful, sharing great tips about the island. also, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious with hot dishes served fresh. the views from the pool area were stunning!

I enjoyed my stay in a Superior Double Room for 2 nights. The private pool was fantastic for sunrise views. Buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. The front desk staff provided helpful service. A welcome bottle of wine added a nice touch. 🍷

great experience overall , but the location has some drawbacks

The staff's friendliness was remarkable , especially Harris at reception who provided wonderful local tips. Housekeeping was diligent , ensuring our room remained immaculate throughout our stay. The plunge pool offered a private oasis for cooling off after sun-filled days. Also, the pool area provided scenic views of the sea , perfect for morning relaxation.

The location is convenient, just a short walk from shops and restaurants, offering a nice blend of tranquility and accessibility. However, the property had a persistent sewer odor that made the experience unpleasant, and the cleanliness was notably lacking, with visible dirt in the room and poorly maintained furniture. While the breakfast selection was decent, the dining experience fell short with limited options for gluten-free diets.

The Splendour Hotel And Suites provided a comfortable stay with spacious accommodations. The Junior Suite with a private pool offered stunning views of the Aegean Sea, making it ideal for relaxation after work. The staff displayed excellent customer service, responding promptly to my requests, which enhanced my experience. The daily breakfast was of high quality, featuring a variety of options, and room service was efficient and timely.

Some amenities appeared outdated, and housekeeping could be improved.
